Harris hires Vice President of Human Capital

Harris is excited to announce the creation of a new executive position. Brenda Devlin joined Harris as Vice-President of Human Capital. We chose this title as opposed to the more conventional title of Vice-President of Human Resources for a specific reason; capital is something you invest and nurture, a resource is something you expend. Our people are not expendable.

Brenda is a proven human capital leader who will focus on aligning business initiatives with strategy and culture to ensure business results, while helping employees throughout the organization to develop. With more than 18 years’ experience in both union and non-union organizations, she brings expertise in human capital development, acquisition and succession planning, merger and acquisition due diligence, strategy development and execution, as well as project management and all functions of HR.
