Harris honored with 2021 The AZ Central Top Workplaces Award

(ST. PAUL, Minn.) – The Phoenix regional office of Harris, a leading mechanical contractor, has been named to the list of 2021 The AZ Central Top Workplaces. Only 110 Phoenix workplaces made the list. A live awards ceremony was held July 8.

The AZ Central partnered with Energage, LLC., a third-party research firm and the nation’s most credible employer recognition program, for the rankings, which are based solely on employee feedback. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution, and connection.

“It’s an honor to receive this recognition as it spotlights organizations with strong employee connections and a sound culture of success,” says Phoenix’s Kelly Gantverg, general manager, Service + Building Automation, Harris. “Businesses across the country needed to adapt this past year and ours did. We have a team of collaborators who put our customers first and care about each other. We’re really proud of this group.”
