Tell us about your background. How did you get your start in the construction/service/BAS business?

I met a guy at the gym who told me about a driver job at Cal-Air. I applied for the job and got hired as a material expeditor.

What drew you to Harris? What makes you stay?

I am at Harris because of the acquisition. I have stayed at Harris because I believe they value their employee’s and I like large scale design build work.

What do you enjoy about working at Harris?

At Harris, I feel valued, and I enjoy the passionate, hardworking people I work with.

What is the best part about your position?

I like working with the project team on the pre-planning of a job. Examples of this include new prefab ideas and new technology.

What traits do you think are important for someone in your role to be successful?

The ability to prioritize and multi-tasking.

What are your main responsibilities and initiatives that you lead?

I lead sheet metal labor on all projects

What are you passionate about at work?

I am passionate about working as a team.

How do you like to re-charge?

Spending time at the gym and the lake.

What are you most proud of at Harris?

I’m most proud that Harris values its employees.

What is one thing Harris employees wouldn’t know about you?

I watch the Masked Singer with my daughter.

What drew you to this industry?

I fell into this by luck. I have stayed in this industry because I take pride in being a part of building facilities hospitals, schools and much more.

To be better than I was the day before and always to learn more.
