Tell us about your background. How did you get your start in the construction/service/BAS business?
I grew up around a lot of pipefitter and welders.
What drew you to Harris? What makes you stay?
My friend Richard Baker, we were teachers together at the Utah Career Center.
What do you enjoy about working at Harris (what about the company itself made you want to work here)?
The chance for growth.
What is the best part about your position (the day-to-day, people, a special project you were involved with)?
The people and seeing the end-product. I love being able to say, “I did that.”
What traits do you think are important for someone in your role to be successful?
Consistency and fairness.
What are your main responsibilities and initiatives that you lead?
I fabricate pipe and plumbing spools
What are you passionate about at work?
Welding and educating the younger generation.
How do you like to re-charge?
Spending time with my family and dogs.
What keeps you up at night?
My children.

The safety culture.
