The Real Harris: Meet Justin Money
Tell us about your background. How did you get your start in the construction/service/BAS business?
My Stepfather is a plumber, he is the one that helped steer me into being a union plumber.
What traits do you think are important for someone in your role to be successful?
To be very detail oriented and well organized, there are many moving parts that need to come together at the same time every day.
What are you passionate about at work?
Seeing how far the crew can take prefab here in St Paul, to see where we can go from here.
How do you like to re-charge?
I like to spend time with family and friends, camping, hunting, four wheeling and mountain biking. After a long day there isn’t much better than getting out on a single-track mountain bike trail for a couple hours.
What drew you to this industry?
To be honest the money, when I was in school my Stepfather would show me his paystubs, that is what pointed me into this. Now it is what I am passionate about and enjoy doing.
What energizes you at work? What are you passionate about?
Coffee!
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Try to keep the crew happy and have everything they need in front of them.
