Tell us about your background. How did you get your start in construction/service/BAS? What drew you to the industry?
“The first part of my career I worked for Suburban Propane and Temp-Air proving services to the construction industry as a primary business. I wanted a career change from my job as an automotive technician.”

“Working with the team on opportunities for learning and growth.”
What are some of the main responsibilities and initiatives that you lead?
“Leading and growing of the St. Paul Service and Building Automation team.”

“Take the time to understand the core issue and develop a plan for success. If that does not work, try a revised plan.”

“Biggest opportunity: Growth of the Service and Building Automation businesses.
Biggest challenge: Attracting talent into the trades.”
