Park Nicollet Regional Specialty Center

The Park Nicollet Specialty Center and Parking Ramp project is a new 86,000 square-foot clinic in Burnsville, Minnesota. The project consisted of building both a new three-story clinic and specialty care center, as well as a three-level parking garage. The clinic will include a same-day surgery center, urgent care center and medical and surgical specialty care.

Harris provided the ductwork, design and engineering, HVAC, mechanical piping, medical gas piping, plumbing and preconstruction services. A challenge of the project was the location of the new clinic. The site was small and very congested. Also, the site was next to an existing clinic. Disruption avoidance to the existing and occupied clinic was a priority for the Harris team. Harris also sized the infrastructure to accommodate future expansion. The project is on track to finish on time.
