Park Nicollet Women’s Center at Methodist Hospital

Harris provided both plumbing and HVAC services for the Park Nicollet Women’s Center at Methodist Hospital located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The design-build project included a 30,000-square foot build-out on the fifth floor of the existing hospital. Work included the installation of a new 35,000 cubic feet per minute custom air handling unit installed in the penthouse above.

Harris took several steps to ensure construction did not disrupt the hospital’s day-to-day operations. Plumbing work on the fourth floor was completed during the night shift to minimize inconvenience. The new air handling unit was rigged and lifted into place on a weekend in January to minimize disruption. Staff followed Harris Healthcare Certification protocol to maintain the high level of quality control required for hospital construction.
