Terra Verde Corporate Campus Phase I
Harris completed the HVAC scope for the construction of the Terra Verde Corporate Campus. The new high-end office project located in the north corridor of Scottsdale, consists of four buildings.
For the first phase of the project, Harris provided complete HVAC systems that included installing two rooftop fluid coolers, three condenser water pumps, shell water source heat pump systems, as well as all piping, ductwork and direct current controls. To decreases energy consumption, two energy recovery ventilators were installed to provide pre-cooling to the outside air systems utilizing the building’s general exhaust. Harris also provided a complete oxygen monitoring system for the parking garage located two floors below-grade which required 20 wall mounted exhaust fans running at 47,710 cubic feet per minute with variable frequency drives (VFDs).
