Project Management Rotational Program

The Harris Project Management Rotational Training Program is designed to accelerate the development of a successful and effective career. With projects of all shapes and sizes in markets all over the industry, you don’t just get a broad understanding of the business, you also acquire the skills needed to excel. Over 18 to 24-months you’ll learn how to shape yourself into a well-rounded, successful project manager. Build relationships, adapt to change and understand what various teams need from their PMs to succeed through hands-on experiences with Harris teams nationwide.

Program Highlights

For each rotation, participants are partnered with a project management mentor who will provide advice and support as they move through a specifically designed curriculum. Participants will present their learnings to executive leadership after each rotation, building to a capstone project and presentation when all rotations are complete. These opportunities allow you to showcase your expanded knowledge and capabilities throughout the program.

• Ideal for graduates interested in a career in project management + professionals looking to advance their career.
• Participants will be placed in a Project Management position upon successful completion of the entire rotational training program.
• Lodging and travel expenses are covered by Harris for the duration of the program.

Internship Opportunities

Internships at Harris equip students with on-the-job experience in the construction industry, whether at a job site or in a corporate position. Open to both undergraduate and graduate students, our internships will help you make an impact in the mechanical contracting business. From day one, you’ll be immersed in real projects, gaining hands-on experience with an industry leader.
