Value Engineering

Harris incorporates value engineering into all our construction and design and engineering projects. Rather than simply execute what’s on the table, we continually look for ways to modify the design or choice of materials to deliver cost savings or improve the occupant experience — without compromising quality. Often, these modifications free up budget that can be used to enhance other areas of the project. Every proposed change includes a detailed budget estimate, potential tradeoffs and ways to offset any additional costs.
