Great Wolf Resort Renovation

Harris was selected as the mechanical contractor in the renovation and rebranding of an existing property by Great Wolf Resorts.

Since Harris had completed mechanical work in a design-assist role on the original construction of the 433,000-square foot, 430-room hotel and water park, the team brought essential knowledge of the building’s construction. This advantage assisted the owner, design team and the construction manager in making decisions in a timely manner and creatively solving any issues that arose throughout the renovation.
