Innovation Pointe 2

Harris was selected by Layton Construction and Argent Group as the design-builder for the mechanical and plumbing work on the new, Innovation Pointe development. This development consists of a 40-acre master plan with 600,000-square feet of development.

The Innovation Pointe 2 project was a five-story, 141,000-square-foot office building with supporting parking structure. It was designed with the needs of today’s businesses in mind, with leading edge technology and high-end finishes.

With the modern progressive architecture and efficient open floor plate features possessed by this development, Harris took particular care when installing the HVAC, plumbing and piping for this building. Harris’ construction and controls teams collaborated on this project to better serve the needs of the client.
