Harris Debuts New “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” Video Case Study

PAUL, Minn., May 3, 2024) The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable, by Patrick Lencioni, provides a framework for leaders of all types to analyze, inspire and reshape a work group into a high-performance team.
