Harris Earns 2026 Top Workplaces Construction Industry Award, Multiple Culture Excellence Honors and Seattle Award

(ST. PAUL, Minn.) – Harris, a leading national mechanical contractor, announced today that it has been named a 2026 Top Workplaces Industry Award winner in Construction and has earned six Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards.

At the local level, the Harris Bellingham office was also recognized with a Top Workplaces Seattle award from the Seattle Times.

The Top Workplaces awards celebrate organizations that prioritize building strong, people-first cultures for their employees. Award winners are selected based on results from an employee engagement survey issued by Energage, a third-party research firm with the nation’s most credible employer recognition program.

Harris earned Culture Excellence recognition in the following categories: Leadership, Innovation, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-being and Professional Development. These awards highlight organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture and the employee experience.

The Construction Industry award recognizes companies that stand out among their peers for building strong workplace cultures and prioritizing their people.
