Harris Earns Three Top Workplaces Fall Culture Excellence Awards
(ST. PAUL, Minn.) – Harris, a leading national mechanical contractor, announced today that it has earned three 2025 Top Workplaces Fall Culture Excellence awards.
The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards celebrate organizations that prioritize employees and create people-first cultures.
Harris received recognition in all three categories offered for Fall Culture Excellence. This includes awards for Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being and Professional Development.
The award winners are selected based on results from an employee engagement survey issued by Energage, a third-party research firm with the nation’s most credible employer recognition program.
