Harris Earns Top Workplaces Awards in Minnesota and Washington, D.C.

(ST. PAUL, Minn.) – Harris, a leading national mechanical contractor, announced today that it has been recognized with two regional Top Workplaces awards for 2026.

The company’s Minnesota locations were named a Minnesota Top Workplace by the Minnesota Star Tribune, while its Mid-Atlantic operations earned a Washington, D.C. Top Workplace award from WTOP News.

The Top Workplaces program recognizes organizations that prioritize building strong workplace cultures and exceptional employee experiences. Winners are selected based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage, a third-party employee engagement technology partner.
