Harris named to 2021 Nevada Top Workplaces List

(St. Paul, Minn.) – Harris, a leading mechanical contractor, today announced that its regional office in Las Vegas has been named to the list of 2021 Nevada Top Workplaces, the second year in a row that it has received this honor. Out of hundreds of entries, only 42 Nevada workplaces qualified for the list. They will be honored at a special live awards ceremony in the fall.

Based solely on employee feedback, the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Las Vegas Business Press partnered with third-party research firm Energage, LLC., the nation’s most credible employer recognition program, on the rankings. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution, and connection.
