Harris Recognized as a 2026 Top Workplaces USA Award Winner
(ST. PAUL, Minn.) – For the fourth consecutive year, Harris, one of the nation’s leading mechanical contractors, has received a 2026 Top Workplaces USA award. The award recognizes organizations that foster strong workplace cultures and prioritize employee voice and engagement.
The Top Workplaces USA designation is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey administered by Energage LLC, an independent third-party research firm. The survey measures key drivers of engaged work environments, including alignment, execution, leadership and job satisfaction.

Energage evaluates responses across 15 culture drivers that indicate organizational health and employee engagement. Companies recognized on the national list demonstrate a consistent commitment to listening to employees and acting on their insights.
