HealthSouth East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is a new, 40-bed acute medical rehabilitation hospital totaling 47,500 square feet.
Harris provided complete plumbing and mechanical systems for the new hospital including medical gas piping, oxygen and vacuum systems. Thanks to the efforts of the project team during the original East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital build-out, Harris was invited back to perform the construction of the 20-bed addition. With the addition of new patient rooms, this new facility also required room for additional support staff including an expanded dining area and new nursing stations.
