Direct Digital Control Fully Transitions to Harris Brand
Sioux Falls, SD — March 1, 2026 — Direct Digital Control (DDC) has officially transitioned to the Harris brand, operating fully as Harris moving forward.
DDC partnered with Harris on December 1, 2025, and added “A Harris Company” to their branding. Since that time, the team has continued delivering HVAC building automation services across Sioux Falls and the upper Midwest while aligning operations and resources with Harris.
Effective today:
- DDC formally operates under the Harris name
- All branding reflects Harris
- The former DDC website redirects to harriscompany.com
Founded in 1994, Direct Digital Control established itself as a leading HVAC building automation provider across the region. Its long-standing presence in Sioux Falls and surrounding markets resulted in strong client and partner relationships that remain central to the business.

The transition does not affect project teams, service commitments or local leadership. Clients will continue working with the same professionals, now operating under the Harris name. This includes continued support of Distech building automation systems, which have long been supported by both DDC and Harris.
This move further strengthens Harris’ foundation for continued growth across the upper Midwest.
