Harris provided design-build services to JE Dunn Construction to build a new five-story hotel in Woodbury, Minnesota. This 150-room hotel serves corporate clients and business travelers in the eastern suburbs including 3M, Anderson Windows and HealthEast. Hotel amenities included a full-service kitchen, restaurant, bar, exercise room, indoor pool, and meeting and event space.
