Product Line

The customer needed a conveyor system for individually wrapped small frozen products. The product comes from two wrappers in 8 lanes at 300 pieces per minute on each wrapper. The conveyor system requirements are to take the 8 lanes wide down to 1 lane wide, then convey the single lane around to custom fabricated hand pack stations. St. Olaf College Ice Arena

This project consisted of remodeling the old field house on the St. Olaf College campus into a new hockey arena. The ice arena is located inside Skoglund Fieldhouse. The updated design includes an NHL-size rink, seating for 800 fans, locker rooms for varsity hockey, and other ice-related program spaces. St. Olaf College Holland Hall Renovation

Harris completed the renovation for the St. Olaf College Holland Hall. Holland Hall opened in 1925 and had its interior renovated in 1969. The 1969 renovation allowed for more space and usage, however, much of the Holland Hall’s original character was lost. This renovation of Holland Hall rebuilt and restored its original design, combining classic architecture and adaptable classrooms filled with modern teaching technologies. Malouf Mezzanine Expansion

Harris was awarded the Malouf Mezzanine Expansion design-build project for Malouf Fine Linens. The scope of the project included turning warehouse space into a two-level mezzanine office/retail/photo area for the client. Innovation Pointe 2

Harris was selected by Layton Construction and Argent Group as the design-builder for the mechanical and plumbing work on the new, Innovation Pointe development. This development consists of a 40-acre master plan with 600,000-square feet of development. The Innovation Pointe 2 project was a five-story, 141,000-square-foot office building with supporting parking structure. Hill AFB Fire Crash Rescue Building

The Hill Air Force Base located in northern Utah is the sixth largest employer in the state and home of the Ogden Air Logistics Complex which manages a wide range of aircrafts. The Hill AFB Fire Crash Rescue Facility supports the base’s flight line operations and is a critical life safety facility. G4CE Family Fun Center

Harris remodeled the HVAC and plumbing systems in a 101,000 square-foot warehouse. The space was originally a retail location and was made into a family fun/amusement center. We started underslab and cut in new plumbing for six new restrooms. The existing RTUs were retrofitted with new duct work to accommodate the new spaces. Williams International Blue Phoenix Addition

The Williams International – Blue Phoenix Ogden Addition project was a new manufacturing plant for Williams International in Ogden, Utah. This was a fast-paced project where the mechanical and plumbing design was happening while the shell of the building was going up. Martin Bostetter Courthouse

The Martin Bostetter Courthouse is a historic building located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The project presented many challenges from design to completion. The project was completed one-hundred percent during the night hours. This alone made it difficult to manage but location was key.
