Fort Meade Building 8607 Renovation

This project for the US Army Corp of Engineers consisted of design and construction of an existing barracks building. The building was converted into administrative space for a designated end user. WCC Student Housing

The Whatcom Community College Student House Phase 1 is an 89,000-square-foot, 221 bed dormitory facility. Additionally, it includes administration offices, public rest rooms, laundry, a mechanical equipment room, kitchen and community rooms. The structure is wood framing with electric cove heat in the dormitories, VRF in the offices and packaged DX units for the community rooms. Issaquah Middle School

The Issaquah Middle School project is a progressive design-build project. Harris’ design partner for the project was Hargis. Harris performed the complete plumbing, including domestic, DWV, acid waste, hot water plant and fixture trim. Compass Health Supportive Housing

The Compass Health Supportive Housing project is a five-story, 47,000-square-foot building with 82 housing units for low-income individuals with chronic mental illness. This includes studios and one- and two-bedroom units, with a recreation room, computer center and common laundry. The ground floor will have over 10,000 square feet for mental health and homelessness programs, including peer support, homeless outreach and housing stabilization. AAA – Clearfield

The AAA data center in Clearfield, Utah manages all help-needed calls coming in from west of the Mississippi. They are a 24/7 operation. AAA had cooling and humidification needs in their data storage areas. They also needed redundancy in their systems to allow for maintenance. Topaz Ebay Data Center Phase I

Project Topaz is a 250,000-square-foot, two-level, Tier IV mission critical data center located in South Jordan, Utah. The center is comprised of multiple active-power and cooling distribution paths, has 2N redundant mechanical systems and is fault tolerant. Levi’s Stadium

Harris was awarded the design-build plumbing contract for the $1.2 billion Levi’s Stadium project. The new stadium hosts the San Francisco 49ers NFL home games and other sports and entertainment events. Levi’s Stadium was the first NFL stadium to achieve LEED Gold certification. Phoenix International Raceway

The Phoenix International Raceway project was a combination of three phases; a renovation of the existing grandstands, new grandstands and 13 new buildings located in the infield of the track. Each phase included plumbing, sheetmetal ductwork for the suites, track operations, concessions, kitchens and toilet facilities. US Bank Center Place Chiller Change Out

Harris Service recently completed the change out of a 130-Ton Air Cooled Chiller on the US Bank Center Place building in Rochester, MN. This was a Design-Build project with Harris being the prime contractor.
