Harris was contracted by a bakery to replace an obsolete spiral conveyor in their packaging area. The spiral conveys 2,500 pounds per hour of frozen bakery product from the freezer and elevates the product 14 feet up to a hand packing line. The previous spiral was over 10 years old and ran a standard chain driven design, which needed lubrication on a regular basis and would break often. This 84,000-square foot hotel consists of 132 minimalist-style rooms that include some of the new high-end Hyatt standards including new Moen type plumbing fixtures. Harris is excited to work with Beecher Walker and Associates on another hospitality design-build project.
