The Martin Bostetter Courthouse is a historic building located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The project presented many challenges from design to completion. The project was completed one-hundred percent during the night hours. This alone made it difficult to manage but location was key. Harris had seven tractor trailers loaded with equipment parked in an area that was barely large enough for a passenger vehicle to pass. Noise was also an issue during the night hours.
