Pepco Waterfront Substation

The Pepco Waterfront Substation project was a new substation installation for the Potomac Electric Power Company of Washington, D.C. It was a design-assist job with Coakley Williams Construction and their mechanical engineer, META Engineers. Martin Bostetter Courthouse

The Martin Bostetter Courthouse is a historic building located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The project presented many challenges from design to completion. The project was completed one-hundred percent during the night hours. This alone made it difficult to manage but location was key. Fort Meade Building 8607 Renovation

This project for the US Army Corp of Engineers consisted of design and construction of an existing barracks building. The building was converted into administrative space for a designated end user. Harris was selected as the mechanical contractor for this renovation of the Benioff Oakland Children’s Hospital, largely based on our long and successful history of hospital construction in the Bay Area, as well as our ability to execute the plumbing, mechanical piping and HVAC dry components under a single contract. Stanford Hospital Clinical Lab Replacement

Stanford Clinical Lab was comprised of four initial phases. The initial phase consisted of a rehabilitation work in preparation for the more robust rehabilitation in phases 2 and 4. Harris teamed up with Hensel Phelps for the plumbing a mechanical scope of the AME Polymers Lab (core and shell) and the AME Office building on the 2200 block of the laboratory.
