Park Nicollet Burnsville Existing Clinic Remodel

Once Harris completed construction of the new Park Nicollet clinic and ramp, it was time to get started on remodeling the existing clinic. Park Nicollet Regional Specialty Center

The Park Nicollet Specialty Center and Parking Ramp project is a new 86,000 square-foot clinic in Burnsville, Minnesota. The project consisted of building both a new three-story clinic and specialty care center, as well as a three-level parking garage. The clinic will include a same-day surgery center, urgent care center and medical and surgical specialty care. ABLMS is a mechanical infrastructure improvement project at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. The building has four levels of labs and faculty offices along with a modern meat processing facility. Malouf Mezzanine Expansion

Harris was awarded the Malouf Mezzanine Expansion design-build project for Malouf Fine Linens. The scope of the project included turning warehouse space into a two-level mezzanine office/retail/photo area for the client. Harris was selected by Layton Construction and Argent Group as the design-builder for the mechanical and plumbing work on the new, Innovation Pointe development. This development consists of a 40-acre master plan with 600,000-square feet of development. Confidential Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Facility Phase I

Harris was hired as the mechanical contractor for the Confidential Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Facility Phase I project. The manufacturing facility is being used to build a new electric sedan model.
