Minnesota United FC Stadium Field Heating

Harris provided and installed over 24 miles of PEX piping below the new Minnesota United playing field. Heat exchangers, pumps and HDPE piping were installed in a dedicated mechanical room located on service level. Harris has been selected by M.A. Mortenson as the mechanical partner for the new Minnesota United FC Stadium in the Midway area of St. Paul. The $250 million, 346,000-square foot, 19,600-seat stadium will be home to Major League Soccer (MLS) in Minnesota. Carleton College Science Complex Addition

Carleton College’s Science Complex Addition is a 118,000-square foot LEED Gold project which includes the demolition of their existing science building, Mudd Hall, and renovating the existing Hulings and Olin Halls classroom and laboratory spaces, including a 3,000-square foot vivarium. U of M Andrew Boss Laboratory of Meat Science

ABLMS is a mechanical infrastructure improvement project at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. The building has four levels of labs and faculty offices along with a modern meat processing facility. Abbott Emergency Department Renovation

Harris was hired by JE Dunn Construction for a complete mechanical and plumbing upgrade for the 48,000-square foot emergency department remodel project at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. This project included a new heating water system and upgraded built-in-place custom air handling unit. ASU Health Science Innovation Center

Harris was hired on the Arizona State University Health Solutions Innovation Center to perform the installation of mechanical piping, HVAC and process piping systems. The new 150,000-square-foot, three-story, ground-up facility will serve students in ASU’s nursing program as they learn to treat patients using a whole health model encompassing mind, body and spirit. Tooele Public Safety

Harris was selected by Big-D Construction to perform the mechanical, plumbing and HVAC controls scopes as the Design-Assist subcontractor for the new Tooele Public Safety building. Located in Tooele, this 23,000-square-foot building is a new, state-of-the-art facility that houses the city’s law enforcement administration, records, patrol, investigations, secure detainee processing and evidence storage. Confidential Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Facility Phase I

Harris was hired as the mechanical contractor for the Confidential Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Facility Phase I project. The manufacturing facility is being used to build a new electric sedan model. For the project, Harris provided the services of BIM, design and engineering, HVAC, plumbing and preconstruction services while subcontracting crane, insulation and rigging. Harris is once again involved in constructing the latest iconic location on the Las Vegas Strip. Pepco Waterfront Substation

The Pepco Waterfront Substation project was a new substation installation for the Potomac Electric Power Company of Washington, D.C. It was a design-assist job with Coakley Williams Construction and their mechanical engineer, META Engineers.
