American Airlines Office and Data Center Renovation

Harris helped American Airlines renovate their office and data center to adjust to changing business needs. Construction took place in four phases to accommodate the occupants. One phase of the project scope included removal of seven existing fluid cooler fan sections and replacing them with new fan sections. East Valley Bus Operations Center

This project included the renovation of the existing East Valley Bus Operations Center. Scope of work included removing and replacing 34 existing under-floor air distribution terminal boxes located in the administration building. This work was completed in phases to accommodate staff working in the building during construction. UNLV Science and Engineering Building

The Science and Engineering Building (SEB) is a state-of-the-art facility located on the campus of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV). When the building was first designed, UNLV wanted a research facility that was not only innovative, but energy efficient and they turned to Harris to make that a reality. U of U Marriott Library Phases I, II, III (2015-2018)

Harris worked to improve the quality of the University of Utah Marriott Library’s occupant comfort by providing a retrofit of variable air volume (VAV) air handling systems and controls including piping modifications to relocate water pipes from above the Rare Books Vault. To avoid disrupting students and faculty, Harris made special arrangements to work during fall break when the library had fewer users. U of U S.J. Quinney College of Law

Harris was awarded a contract to provide HVAC controls on new construction for the prestigious S.J. Quinney College of Law Building at the University of Utah. As part of its services, Harris installed new controls including six-way control valves on chilled beams, heating/cooling water controls and air handling units. Twin Arrows Casino Resort Expansion

Twin Arrows Casino Resort is a five-story, 110-room, 71,630-square foot hotel addition with a 7,548-square foot spa. Harris performed installation of HVAC equipment including a 500-ton air cooled chiller and boiler, outside air and exhaust risers and a vertical and horizontal fan coil unit. MCES Sludge Incinerator

Harris teamed with Von Roll Inc to provide sludge incineration at the largest of the eight sewage plants in the Metropolitan Council of Environmental Services (MCES) system. Von Roll Inc designed the incineration process. Harris helped procure the project, provided mechanical systems design and directed the construction coordination with other contractors. La Paz Regional Hospital’s new, 9,158 square foot surgical addition provides two surgical suites for major operations and two procedure suites for minor operations. The building was designed to create an open yet efficient work space, allowing patients to flow smoothly between areas while maximizing the number of people using the facility. IKEA

IKEA is a 200,000-square foot stand-alone retail space located at the Mall of America. Harris was hired by Pepper Construction’s Retail Group to provide the plumbing and HVAC for the new IKEA store. Central Arizona Project (CAP) Chiller Project

Harris, in coordination with the Central Arizona Project (CAP), replaced the existing water-cooled chillers with air-cooled chillers at the Brady, Picacho and Red Rock Pumping Plants on the CAP Aqueduct.
