Central Arizona Project (CAP) Chiller Project

Harris, in coordination with the Central Arizona Project (CAP), replaced the existing water-cooled chillers with air-cooled chillers at the Brady, Picacho and Red Rock Pumping Plants on the CAP Aqueduct. The new GateWay Community College (GCC) Integrated Education Building was designed to house five separate programs in uniquely recognizable structures that connect, integrate and function as one building. Terra Verde Corporate Campus Phase I

Harris completed the HVAC scope for the construction of the Terra Verde Corporate Campus. The new high-end office project located in the north corridor of Scottsdale, consists of four buildings. Lookout Mountain Elementary School

The 85,000-square foot Lookout Mountain Elementary School project was unique in that Harris, working for Adolfson & Peterson Construction, was responsible for the installation of the HVAC system involving the installation of a geothermal field and water source heat pumps. East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital

HealthSouth East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is a new, 40-bed acute medical rehabilitation hospital totaling 47,500 square feet. Harris provided complete plumbing and mechanical systems for the new hospital including medical gas piping, oxygen and vacuum systems. East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital Addition

Thanks to the efforts of the project team during the original East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital build-out, Harris was invited back to perform the construction of the 20-bed addition. With the addition of new patient rooms, this new facility also required room for additional support staff including an expanded dining area and new nursing stations. Arizona Supreme Court Central Plant

The Arizona Supreme Court building’s outdated chillers needed an upgrade. Harris was awarded the project to demolish and install a new central plant alongside MS Square Construction.
