River Towers HVAC Revitalization + Remediation

For the River Towers HVAC Revitalization and Remediation project, Harris was the general contractor with multiple subcontractors direct with the owner. The project was design-build with mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural scope of work. The project consisted of condos with (2) towers, one 30 stories and the other 18 stories. Harris was selected by Layton Construction and Argent Group as the design-builder for the mechanical and plumbing work on the new, Innovation Pointe development. US Bank Center Place Chiller Change Out

Harris Service recently completed the change out of a 130-Ton Air Cooled Chiller on the US Bank Center Place building in Rochester, MN. This was a Design-Build project with Harris being the prime contractor. Minneapolis Marriott Hotel Pool Energy Recovery Project

Harris was selected by Sage Hospitality to replace the existing swimming pool energy recovery ventilator (ERV) within the hotel which was installed in 1988. The purpose of the ERV is to exhaust the warm, humid chlorinated air and supply fresh, dehumidified outside air to keep the pool environment comfortable for guests. Using a fixed-plate heat exchanger to move energy from one airstream to another, the ERV decreases the amount of cooling and heating needed to condition the incoming fresh air.Read More

Great Wolf Resort Renovation – Service

Harris was selected to assist Great Wolf Resorts transition a 433,000-square foot, 403-room resort and water park from construction to close-out. Harris’ work included inspection and repair of HVAC units in guest rooms and as needed in common areas to assure proper and reliable operation of all HVAC equipment. Phoenix Union Coding Academy

Harris provided and installed the mechanical equipment and condensate piping for the Phoenix Union Coding Academy. This new, 40,693-square foot school contains classrooms, maker’s lab, divided classroom with moveable walls, two labs and a full gym/cafeteria. The project included several specialty features which Harris was able to install successfully. American Airlines Office and Data Center Renovation

Harris helped American Airlines renovate their office and data center to adjust to changing business needs. Construction took place in four phases to accommodate the occupants. One phase of the project scope included removal of seven existing fluid cooler fan sections and replacing them with new fan sections. This project included the renovation of the existing East Valley Bus Operations Center. Scope of work included removing and replacing 34 existing under-floor air distribution terminal boxes located in the administration building. Twin Arrows Casino Resort is a five-story, 110-room, 71,630-square foot hotel addition with a 7,548-square foot spa. Harris performed installation of HVAC equipment including a 500-ton air cooled chiller and boiler, outside air and exhaust risers and a vertical and horizontal fan coil unit.
