The Whatcom Community College Student House Phase 1 is an 89,000-square-foot, 221 bed dormitory facility. The Issaquah Middle School project is a progressive design-build project. Harris’ design partner for the project was Hargis. Harris performed the complete plumbing, including domestic, DWV, acid waste, hot water plant and fixture trim.
