The Hill Air Force Base located in northern Utah is the sixth largest employer in the state and home of the Ogden Air Logistics Complex which manages a wide range of aircrafts. G4CE Family Fun Center

Harris remodeled the HVAC and plumbing systems in a 101,000 square-foot warehouse. The space was originally a retail location and was made into a family fun/amusement center. We started underslab and cut in new plumbing for six new restrooms. The existing RTUs were retrofitted with new duct work to accommodate the new spaces. Confidential Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Facility Phase I

Harris was hired as the mechanical contractor for the Confidential Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Facility Phase I project. The manufacturing facility is being used to build a new electric sedan model. For the project, Harris provided the services of BIM, design and engineering, HVAC, plumbing and preconstruction services while subcontracting crane, insulation and rigging. WCC Student Housing

The Whatcom Community College Student House Phase 1 is an 89,000-square-foot, 221 bed dormitory facility. Additionally, it includes administration offices, public rest rooms, laundry, a mechanical equipment room, kitchen and community rooms. The structure is wood framing with electric cove heat in the dormitories, VRF in the offices and packaged DX units for the community rooms. AAA – Clearfield

The AAA data center in Clearfield, Utah manages all help-needed calls coming in from west of the Mississippi. They are a 24/7 operation. AAA had cooling and humidification needs in their data storage areas. They also needed redundancy in their systems to allow for maintenance. Phoenix International Raceway

The Phoenix International Raceway project was a combination of three phases; a renovation of the existing grandstands, new grandstands and 13 new buildings located in the infield of the track. Each phase included plumbing, sheetmetal ductwork for the suites, track operations, concessions, kitchens and toilet facilities.
