Bielenberg Sports Center Field House

Harris installed KMC Controls in the Bielenberg Sports Center Field House to control the TRAK heat pump system. We installed 170 temperature sensors throughout the field house and the outdoor pleasure rink to control the TRAK system and the building temperature. Nine of the sensors are in the manmade pond by the heat exchangers and in the piping to dissipate the heat in the summer. Minnesota United FC Stadium Field Heating

Harris provided and installed over 24 miles of PEX piping below the new Minnesota United playing field. Heat exchangers, pumps and HDPE piping were installed in a dedicated mechanical room located on service level. Minnesota United FC Stadium

Harris has been selected by M.A. Mortenson as the mechanical partner for the new Minnesota United FC Stadium in the Midway area of St. Paul. The $250 million, 346,000-square foot, 19,600-seat stadium will be home to Major League Soccer (MLS) in Minnesota. St. Olaf College Ice Arena

This project consisted of remodeling the old field house on the St. Olaf College campus into a new hockey arena. The ice arena is located inside Skoglund Fieldhouse. The updated design includes an NHL-size rink, seating for 800 fans, locker rooms for varsity hockey, and other ice-related program spaces. G4CE Family Fun Center

Harris remodeled the HVAC and plumbing systems in a 101,000 square-foot warehouse. The space was originally a retail location and was made into a family fun/amusement center. We started underslab and cut in new plumbing for six new restrooms. The existing RTUs were retrofitted with new duct work to accommodate the new spaces. Madison Square Garden Sphere

Harris is once again involved in constructing the latest iconic location on the Las Vegas Strip. Once completed in 2023, MSG Sphere will be a state-of-the-art 20,000 seat concert and special event venue that will provide an amazing once-in-a-lifetime visual and auditory experience. Allegiant Stadium, Home of the Raiders

Harris was awarded the design-assist contract for the $1.8 billion Allegiant Stadium Home of the Raiders. The stadium features 65,000 seats (expandable to 72,000), 9 exclusive clubs, over 120 high-end suites, a retractable natural turf field, large operable walls and a clear ETFE roof. Levi’s Stadium

Harris was awarded the design-build plumbing contract for the $1.2 billion Levi’s Stadium project. The new stadium hosts the San Francisco 49ers NFL home games and other sports and entertainment events. Levi’s Stadium was the first NFL stadium to achieve LEED Gold certification. Phoenix International Raceway

The Phoenix International Raceway project was a combination of three phases; a renovation of the existing grandstands, new grandstands and 13 new buildings located in the infield of the track. Each phase included plumbing, sheetmetal ductwork for the suites, track operations, concessions, kitchens and toilet facilities. Harris was awarded the contract for the new ESPN Studio at The Linq Hotel along the Las Vegas Strip. The project will include 2,300 square feet of new studio space and 2,400 square feet of renovated office space.
