For the River Towers HVAC Revitalization and Remediation project, Harris was the general contractor with multiple subcontractors direct with the owner. The Ridgeview Medical Center Surgery Remodel project was awarded to Harris as a design-build project. Harris provided the ductwork, design and engineering, HVAC, medical gas piping plumbing and test and balance for the project. We added new radiant panels above the patient beds along with a new headwall layout. The remodel was approximately 6,000 square feet and consisted of 23 beds.

Harris completed the renovation for the St. Olaf College Holland Hall. Holland Hall opened in 1925 and had its interior renovated in 1969.
