RBC Plaza BAS Retrofit

Harris was selected by Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq to upgrade the building automation system. The RBC Plaza had an existing Honeywell XL Plus system with an integrated fire alarm. The upgrades required the mechanical BAS to be separated from the fire alarm system in the 40-story skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis. Providence Academy Performing Arts Auditorium

Harris was given a fully designed design and spec job for the addition of an auditorium to Providence Academy school in Plymouth, Minnesota. Harris was responsible for the addition of tertiary systems for heating and chilled water, five air handling units and numerous VAV boxes. Bielenberg Sports Center Field House

Harris installed KMC Controls in the Bielenberg Sports Center Field House to control the TRAK heat pump system. We installed 170 temperature sensors throughout the field house and the outdoor pleasure rink to control the TRAK system and the building temperature. Nine of the sensors are in the manmade pond by the heat exchangers and in the piping to dissipate the heat in the summer. River Towers HVAC Revitalization + Remediation

For the River Towers HVAC Revitalization and Remediation project, Harris was the general contractor with multiple subcontractors direct with the owner. The project was design-build with mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural scope of work. The project consisted of condos with (2) towers, one 30 stories and the other 18 stories. Ridgeview Medical Center Surgery Remodel

The Ridgeview Medical Center Surgery Remodel project was awarded to Harris as a design-build project. Harris provided the ductwork, design and engineering, HVAC, medical gas piping plumbing and test and balance for the project. We added new radiant panels above the patient beds along with a new headwall layout. Park Nicollet Burnsville Existing Clinic Remodel

Once Harris completed construction of the new Park Nicollet clinic and ramp, it was time to get started on remodeling the existing clinic. The existing clinic is roughly 80,000 square feet and is to remain open during construction. Knutson Construction worked with the owner and put together a multi-phased schedule. Park Nicollet Regional Specialty Center

The Park Nicollet Specialty Center and Parking Ramp project is a new 86,000 square-foot clinic in Burnsville, Minnesota. The project consisted of building both a new three-story clinic and specialty care center, as well as a three-level parking garage. The clinic will include a same-day surgery center, urgent care center and medical and surgical specialty care. Minneapolis Bus Garage

The Minneapolis Bus Garage Project consists of a 350,000-square-foot bus garage to support a fleet of new buses for the City of Minneapolis. This includes a 3-bay fueling station, 2 bus washing bays, 24 maintenance bays, parking for 220 busses, underground employee parking and 3 floors of office space. Minnesota United FC Stadium Field Heating

Harris provided and installed over 24 miles of PEX piping below the new Minnesota United playing field. Heat exchangers, pumps and HDPE piping were installed in a dedicated mechanical room located on service level. Harris has been selected by M.A. Mortenson as the mechanical partner for the new Minnesota United FC Stadium in the Midway area of St. Paul. The $250 million, 346,000-square foot, 19,600-seat stadium will be home to Major League Soccer (MLS) in Minnesota.
